Alternatives to Foreclosure Webinar

Having trouble making your mortgage payments?  Concerned about losing your home?  

The thought of losing your home in a foreclosure is frightening.  If you find that you are unable to make your mortgage payment, ByDesign's education presenters can help through a free webinar.  A webinar is a seminar, or workshop, offered live on a web site and over the phone simultaneously.

The two-hour webinar is designed to help homeowners know what to do if their mortgage becomes delinquent, including:

• understanding the terms used in the mortgage industry
• understanding the foreclosure timeline
• analyzing their personal finance situation
• clarifying the roles of the loss mitigation and collections departments
• defining the options for keeping and for not keeping the home
• avoiding rescue scams, including predatory lending

In our Alternatives to Foreclosure Webinar, our certified credit counselor will help you to understand the options to enable you to meet your obligations.  We have also allocated limited time for questions and answers throughout the session.

After pre-registering for a participation in the webinar, you will be assigned a time to logon through the Internet, as well as to call in via telephone, and you will be given a specific website address.  At the designated start time, an NFCC-certified counselor, will lead the group through the webinar.  Throughout the class, you will view a presentation on the webinar website as well as converse with the presenter by phone. 

High-speed access is required to take our webinar.  ByDesign recommends using Internet Explorer 6.0 as your browser when logging onto the webinar.
