The Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling Webinar is the most convenient option for many people because this program is offered numerous times throughout each week and you may participate from the comfort of your own home. A Webinar is a seminar, or workshop, that is offered on a website.

After pre-registering for participation in a specific Webinar, each of which is limited to 15 people, you will be assigned a time to logon through the Internet, as well as to call in via telephone, and you will be given access to a section of our website in which to enter your budget information. At the designated start time, an NFCC-certified counselor, will lead the group through the Webinar. Throughout the Webinar, you will view a presentation on the Webinar website as well as converse with the presenter by phone. There is time for limited questions and answers throughout the 2-hour Webinar.

High-speed Internet access is required to take our webinar.

How The Webinar Process Works:

2. Mail or electronically submit your completed budget and legal forms back to ByDesign™.
   
   
3. ByDesign™ will contact you to schedule a Webinar within one business day of receipt of completed documents.

In those cases where it is established that clients are unable to afford the costs for bankruptcy counseling or bankruptcy-related financial education, the agency will, on a case-by-case basis, provide the services at a reduced price or, in extreme circumstances, for free.
