ByDesign™’s professional Identity Theft Resolution service is designed to help you to totally resolve identity theft problems and to correct the damage done by identity thieves, allowing you to regain your identity as quickly and easily as possible.

The Identity Theft Resolution service begins with a confidential meeting, either in-person or over the phone, with our trained staff, who will help determine the nature of the fraudulent activity and determine the appropriate course of action. Your three score merged credit report will be reviewed to ensure that all credit data is examined. You will also be given guidance on how to file a required police report and a fraud alert.

ByDesign™ will then take over, via special power of attorney, and dispute the fraudulent and inaccurate data directly with the credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf. ByDesign™ will contact your creditors, the credit bureaus, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to dispute and resolve identity theft problems on your behalf. We will send the letters and faxes, make the phone calls, and do the follow up necessary to correct your credit record and clear your good name. Our letters will request credit reporting agencies and creditors to remove the fraudulent data appearing on your credit reports and to send a copy of the corrected credit report directly to you. If you then see that the corrections we requested were not made, upon notification, our staff will follow up with the creditors and agencies on the notations in question.

The end result is that all of your fraudulent activity will be resolved, on a timely basis, by experts who know how to get the job done right.
