Identity Theft Counseling

ByDesign™’s certified counselors are experts in assessing the damage and determining the best corrective action to dispute and resolve your identity theft problems as quickly as possible.

First, you will receive a merged three-bureau copy of your credit report, with scores, so that you know exactly what your report contains. In a confidential counseling session, either in-person or on the phone, our counselor will review the report with you in detail, to help you identify any fraudulent accounts and inaccurate information. Our counselor will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to dispute the fraudulent data, correct inaccuracies in your credit report and clear your good name.

As part of this process, you will receive our Identity Theft Resolution Guide which includes sample letters, credit bureau contact information, checklists, important phone numbers, web sites, and e-mail addresses to help you resolve your problems as quickly and easily as possible.

These counseling sessions typically last 60 minutes.

The cost for this service is $95 and includes the counseling session, the merged three bureau, three score credit report, and a copy of our comprehensive ID Theft Resolution Guide.

In-Person Appointments: Please bring your completed Credit Report Authorization Form and a picture ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, state identification card, etc.) with you to the appointment. We will run your credit report at that time and invoice you for the service.

Phone Appointments: Please return the completed Identity Theft Counseling Credit Report Authorization Form, a copy of a picture ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, state identification card, etc.), the privacy policy, and $95 to ByDesign™ at the following address:
