Rental Counseling

At ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions,* our housing counselors can help you with rental issues such as preparing for relocation, getting your finances and credit in order to rent, and affording your rent. We can provide budget and debt counseling, credit report reviews, and home pre-purchase counseling.

ClearPoint is also able to provide guidance in fair housing awareness—if you have been trying to buy or rent a home or apartment and you believe your rights may have been violated, you can file a fair housing complaint. Our counselors can assist you in understanding your rights.

ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-approved housing counseling provider.
