ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions (formerly ByDesign Financial Solutions) is much more than a credit counseling agency. While we still provide comprehensive budget and credit counseling, it is only one of the educational services available to your credit union.

The Affinity for Financial Education Program
This program offers your members access to ClearPoint's educational materials via a co-branded Web page linked from your site. Further, you can encourage your members to increase their financial literacy by providing specific benefits and incentives (interest rate reductions, waived application fees, discounted loan processing fees, waived checking account fees, savings account interest rate increases, etc.) for completing a financial literacy program through ClearPoint.

Member Referral Program
Allow ClearPoint to establish an account for you to provide all of our services to your members on an as-needed basis. Not only are your members grateful for a referral to an organization they can trust, the credit union maintains members in better financial health and increases member loyalty.

Our representatives will visit your office, at no cost, and give a 15-20 minute overview of who we are and what we do so your staff will know when and how to refer your members to us for counseling or education assistance.

Strategic Alliances
ClearPoint offers various levels of strategic alliances which include such benefits as a dedicated (800) number for your members, a credit counseling on site at your offices, foreclosure counseling and the delivery of educational workshops for your members. We currently have strategic alliances with credit unions and more basic partnerships as well.
