A Webinar is an online, web-based seminar that is offered over your computer, in combination with a conference call.  High speed Internet access (DSL or faster) is required.  Dial up systems cannot use this process.

The Pre-Discharge Education Webinar from ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions* is the most convenient option for many people because this program is offered numerous times each week and you may participate from the comfort of your own home or office.

How The Webinar Process Works:

  • Call 888.560.2227 (CCCS) for the time, date and place of upcoming Workshops. (Dates will soon be available online.)
  • Once you have found a date and time convenient for you, click on the workshop number of the Webinar that you would like to attend.  A Reservation Request email will be generated.
  • Enter your name, full address, telephone number, bankruptcy case number, and the judicial district in which you filed for bankruptcy OR the county in which you reside.
  • Click “send” to submit your information and request your reservation.
  • Once your request has been received, the Bankruptcy Coordinator will email you with detailed instructions on how to access the Webinar.
  • Upon completion of the Webinar, the presenter will issue certificates to all attendees.
