Pre-Discharge Self-Study
The Pre-Discharge Internet Self-Study course from ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions* is a self-paced online education course offered over the Internet and the most convenient option for many since it can be taken from the comfort of your home or office at the time of your choosing.
It will take you approximately two hours to complete this course. You will be able to read the material and take short quizzes throughout the self-study. It is a requirement under the law that consumers spend an appropriate amount of time online studying the material to assure educational value. Upon completion of the course, ClearPoint will generate and email your Pre-Discharge Self-Study certificate* within one business day.
Our credit counselors are available via email to assist you during this process and to answer questions. Our specialists are trained and certified in accordance with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling’s (NFCC) standards along with years of experience in financial counseling and education.
