The Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling Workshop from ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions* is a seminar that is offered for those that want to attend in person.  Participants can ask questions and benefit from the experiences of other people in the class. Many find taking a workshop the most enjoyable and motivating method of learning.

Our Pre-Bankruptcy Workshops are currently available in Los Angeles only.

How The Workshop Process Works:

  1. Once you have submitted your Bankruptcy Packet, either online or by mail, you will be contacted to select a workshop date and time.  Or you may call ClearPoint at 1.877.412.2227 (CCCS) to request the Bankruptcy Packet be mailed to you.  Once you have selected your appointment day and time, you will be booked into that workshop and sent a confirmation letter.
  2. At the end of the workshop presentation, you will take a short survey and the presenter will answer any remaining questions.
  3. After the workshop, the presenter will hand out certificates to all attendees.

You may pre-pay for your workshop now using the links below (please be sure to enter the client’s name and client number or telephone number [for internal tracking only]), or upon arrival to the session.  You may also pay for the service when you schedule the workshop appointment by providing your debit card number to our representative.
