Pre-Bankruptcy Webinar

A Webinar is an online, web-based seminar that is offered over your computer, in combination with a conference call.  High speed Internet access (DSL or faster) is required.  Internet dial-up systems cannot use this process.

The Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling Webinar from ClearPoint Credit Counselng Solutions* is the most convenient option for many people because this program is offered numerous times throughout each week and you may participate from the comfort of your own home or office.

How The Webinar Process Works:

  1. Once you have submitted your Bankruptcy Packet, either online or by mail, you will be contacted to select a Webinar date and time.  Once you have selected your appointment day and time, you will receive an e-mail invitation to the Webinar 24 hours prior to the event, and again 30 minutes before the event.  The email will instruct you to click on a link to join the Webinar and to enter your telephone number to join the conference call.  All instructions to get into the Webinar are provided.
  2. At the end of the Webinar presentation, you will take a short survey and the presenter will answer any remaining questions.
  3. After the Webinar, the presenter will prepare and issue certificates and will email them to all attendees by the end of the day (or first thing in the morning for evening Webinars).

You may pre-pay for your Webinar session now, or at the end of the session, using the links below.  Please be sure to enter the client’s name and client number or telephone number (for internal tracking only).  You may also pay for the service when you schedule the Webinar appointment by providing your debit card number to our representative.
