Call ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions at 1.888.560.2227 (CCCS) to get counseled and obtain a Pre-Filing Certificate immediately. Certificates are provided right after the Bankruptcy Counseling session and, if approved by you, can be emailed to the attorney.
Immediate Pre-Filing Counseling Sessions are provided 5 days/week, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), and are for emergency filings and critical needs only. Cost: $90 Individual, $120 couples (Oregon: $85 Individual, $120 Couples; Florida: $50 per person).
