Any of these delivery options will enable you to earn a certificate that meets the requirements of the bankruptcy reform legislation, BAPCPA for pre-filing credit counseling.

Call ClearPoint at 800.750.2227 to request the Bankruptcy Packet by mail or email. You may also download the bankruptcy packet by going to www.ClearPointBCS.org and clicking on the Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling button on the left top, and then Download the Pre-Filing Forms near the bottom of the screen
Once completed, mail or email your completed and signed packet back to ClearPoint. ClearPoint will contact you to schedule an appointment within one business day of receipt of the completed documents.

In those cases where it is established that clients are unable to afford the costs for bankruptcy counseling or bankruptcy-related financial education, the agency will, on a case-by-case basis, provide the services at a reduced price or, in extreme circumstances, for free.
