Workshop Sponsorship

Your donation to support individual scholarships or whole workshops will help ByDesign™ share the power of effective money management, the wise use of credit, consumer awareness and housing-related education, with communities in need throughout our service area. Sponsorship needs range from $25 to $30,000.

Workshop Topics Include:

• Personal Finance Management;
• First-Time Homebuyer;
• Identity Theft;
• Get Checking: Establishing/re-establishing a banking relationship; and
• Financial Firsts.

Funders can also sponsor specific projects in each of our service areas:

• Los Angeles;
• Sacramento;
• Fresno; and
• Stockton.

Target audiences can also be specified. These may be particular ethnic or language groups, audiences of a stipulated age group or low-moderate income families.

Volunteers

Whether you are a community-minded adult looking to give back to your community or a college student looking to gain additional work experience in your major, ByDesign™ has numerous volunteer opportunities available, all of which support our mission to improve the financial literacy of the communities we serve. We seek to leverage the specific talents of our volunteers in our variety of job assignments.

Publication printing
Ask about sponsoring/co-sponsoring the printing of one of our major program books: Personal Finance Management, Identity Theft Prevention and Resolution Guide or our youth program Financial Firsts. Assistance with printing is acknowledged on the back cover of these books.

Newsletter Ads
Those interested in advertising may also purchase ad space in our Take Control newsletter which is distributed to approximately 7,000 people (clients and interested members of the community who request it) in California.

Printing of Brochures
ByDesign™ has a number of program-related brochures which are distributed in large volumes. Financial assistance provided to defray printing costs may be acknowledged on the back of the brochures.
