Internet counseling hours for ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions* are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In-person counseling hours vary by location.
Customer service telephone hours are 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST on Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST on Saturday.
