History

ByDesign Financial Solutions merged with ClearPoint Credit Counseling Solutions on May 1, 2009.  Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, ClearPoint is a 501(c)(3) national non-profit organization that helps consumers obtain a clear understanding of their financial situation through counseling and education. Working closely with our clients, we help identify and resolve the source of their financial concerns.

We are an educational organization focused on helping consumers resolve their financial concerns and helping them understand budgeting, credit and how to make the most effective financial choices.
